Test the dev-fee version first. Chip eligibility is checked for the current ETHW epoch, not a fixed bank count. Future epochs may need more memory.

How it works

Get firmware from your dashboard

Each firmware is built for one miner. We check compatibility before delivery. Only the account owner can download it. Use the Telegram group for firmware updates and tuning guidance.

  1. Sign in with Google or Telegram.
  2. Choose X16-Q or X16-P, then enter the S/N or one MAC address from your miner's dashboard.
  3. Request firmware with a dev fee. Your miner will be added to the dashboard automatically.
  4. If approval is needed, your dashboard will direct you to @gtpoolsupport. Contact the same account for paid firmware.
  5. Download the firmware and user manual in English, Russian or Chinese from your dashboard.
  6. Install it through Firmware Update in the miner dashboard. Follow your model's manual for installation and returning to stock.
